  • Platinum ($5,000) Includes two (2) teams, recognition as a
    Platinum Sponsor, one (1) tee sign, placement of corporate
    banner and promotional items in players’ goodie bags, two
    mulligans/player, and a special gift for each team member.
  • Gold ($2,500) Includes two (2) teams, recognition as a
    Gold Sponsor, one (1) tee sign with corporate logo, and two
    mulligans/player.
  • Silver ($1,250) Includes one (1) team, recognition as a
    Silver Sponsor, one (1) tee sign with corporate logo, and two
    mulligans/player.
Entry Fee:
$150/player by April 11, 2012 (includes two mulligans)

Tee Sponsors:
$800 before April 11, 2012; (includes complimentary team and tee sign and 2 mulligans) • $250 promo tee sign

Handicap:
Maximum: Men 30, Women 36

Eligibility
Priority will generally be given to ‘Iolani School alumni, parents of alumni, and friends of ‘Iolani School.

Awards Banquet:
Dinner following tournament at Hawai‘i Prince Golf Club.
